Please complete this registration form for your children to attend The 2026 GCCC VBS Carnival Bash. The fee is $25 for the first camper or $45 for 2 campers and $70 for 3 or more campers. Kids must be between 4 years old or going into 5th grade. We request that you fill out one form for your family. Although, if there are more than 6 people in your family you will need to fill out a second form.
